Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents who provide certain personal information to CBDdispensary are entitled to request and obtain from us, information about the personal data (if any) we have shared with other parties for their own direct marketing use. If you would like to request this info, please submit it in writing to info@CBDdispensary.com . You must be a California resident, and provide your current California address.
We collect information about you directly from third parties, from yourself, as well as, automatically through your use of our Domain and/or Utilities.The information we collect from you is dependent on how you are using our Utilities. To create an account, you must provide your email address, other personal information, and also create a password. You may also provide your first and last name, billing address, and shipping address. If you make a purchase, we will collect your order history, payment card information (including card number, expiration date and CVV), as well as your billing and shipping address. We automatically collect information about your use of our Domain through cookies and various other technologies. To the extent permitted by law, we are permitted to combine this information with other information we collect about you, including your personal information.

i. To provide you Utilities when filling your orders.

You may modify personal information that you have submitted by logging into your account and updating your profile information. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Domain for a period of time. We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt-out of promotional emails by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you emails about your account or any Utilities you have requested or received from us.

Age of Consent and Children Under 13

Our Utilities are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without their parental guardian's consent, we will delete the information information from our system entirely.
