In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how Asgardian Technologies, LLC (“CBDdispensary”) collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about vendors and visitors to our Domain CBDdispensary.com (the “Domain”) and the Utilities available through our Domain (collectively, the “Utilities”).By visiting the Domain, or using any of our Utilities, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Domain or Utilities, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, including its limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. CBDdispensary's Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy.

Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83), California residents who provide certain personal information to CBDdispensary are entitled to request and obtain from us, information about the personal data (if any) we have shared with other parties for their own direct marketing use. Information Collection
We collect information about you directly from third parties, from yourself, as well as, automatically through your use of our Domain and/or Utilities.The information we collect from you is dependent on how you are using our Utilities. To create an account, you must provide your email address, other personal information, and also create a password. You may also provide your first and last name, billing address, and shipping address. If you make a purchase, we will collect your order history, payment card information (including card number, expiration date and CVV), as well as your billing and shipping address. We automatically collect information about your use of our Domain through cookies and various other technologies. To the extent permitted by law, we are permitted to combine this information with other information we collect about you, including your personal information.

Age of Consent and Children Under 13

Our Utilities are not designed for children under 13.
